Paris, March 1956:
🕊 For the past few days, France and the scientific community have been mourning Irène's passing.
She had eventually realised that her mother's little drawings, the glyphs, carried messages through the Curie Frequency. But Marie had not had the time to explain how to read them.
Irène was convinced that the glyphs were the key. During the final months of her life, she became utterly relentless in her research.
🔑 Before her death, she carefully recorded everything and hid it away in a secret drawer.
Hélène, Irène's daughter, had just inherited the key to that drawer. Her heart heavy with the loss of her mother, she unlocked it. Inside, there was only a single file.
On its cover was written just one word: ADA.
🇺🇸 Niantic, December 2015:
A file lies on Hank's desk. As he walks past, the intern cannot resist reading it:
🎯 The Shards made their appearance and mobilised countless Agents across the world throughout the year.
Answering the call across the globe, they enabled the fragments to be delivered to their faction's target portals.
Covering mile after mile without stopping, the Agents passed the baton from one another in a remarkable display of teamwork, carrying the Shards all the way to the successful completion of the mission. This is very encouraging for what lies ahead.
🙈 Do you remember it?
